SOUTHERN FRENCH WINE DINNER & CASSOULET

Chef Theo Adley utilized organic local farm produce to create hyper-local seasonal menus inspired by mediterranean cuisine, from new interpretations of classics to the avant garde.
Join us for a four-course Southern French seasonal menu featuring a family-style cassoulet.
We will be pouring some really unique wines from the Rhône valley, alongside incredible natural producers from Languedoc-Roussillon.
We will be featuring a total of 8 total wines and two separate flights for the night so there will be plenty of wine to try.
